Our construction industry experience spans project planning; contracting and litigating disputes. We are familiar with all forms of contracts, including American Institute of Architects (“AIA”) contracts, design build agreements, and teaming agreements. And we work hard to resolve potential problems at the drafting stage so that our clients avoid costly litigation that could otherwise derail a project. When disputes do arise, however, we draw on our experience in the courtroom and our knowledge of the industry to partner with clients as they make project-by-project decisions and handle any incidental disputes in the most cost-efficient manner.
