Mission

Position
We are seeking an associate attorney with 3-8 years of commercial litigation experience to skillfully contribute to our team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assuming ownership of cases
  • Conducting legal research
  • Drafting court pleadings, briefs, and discovery documents
  • Engaging in depositions and other fact discovery activities (both written and oral)
  • Working with and directing team members to develop case management plans and oversee discovery, including managing case dockets, tasks, schedules, and timelines
  • Communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel regarding case management, procedure, and trial preparation

In addition to legal acumen, each team member is expected to undertake internal and external leadership responsibilities, including serving and retaining current clients, teaching and training team members, coaching and supporting colleagues, assisting with firm growth, establishing key community connections, building professional relationships, and establishing credentials in their practice area.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $135,000 – $175,000
  • Monthly 401(k) firm contribution equal to 3% of base income

Minimum Requirements & Other Information
