Background
Prior to joining Chipman Glasser in 2021, CC was an associate at a premier labor and employment law firm in Dallas, Texas. During that time, she worked on a wide array of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and contract-dispute matters, including litigation and arbitration. She also crafted employment policies and counseled and trained employers on best practices and how to avoid liability in the workplace.
During law school, CC served as Editor for the SMU Law Review, publishing her note, America, Land of the Free and Home of the Bullies: The Need for Workplace Bullying Laws in Sports, in that same journal. She also interned for the Honorable Reed C. O’Connor, Northern District of Texas.
