Beginning his legal career in Greenville, South Carolina, Michael has committed significant time to understanding a variety of matter types, including Business Disputes and Commercial Litigation; Veil Piercing; Drafting and Enforcing Employment Agreements; Recruiting Agreements, Stipend Agreements; Commercial Landlord/Tenant Law involving the review, preparation, and analysis of Commercial Leases; Guaranties and Modifications; and more, spanning the boundaries of over five states.
